Why can't I transfer? I am using the web
The transfer feature is only available on the Barter app at this time. At this time we would advise that you download the Barter app to enable you transfer your funds.

I transferred money to my bank but the funds have not been received by the beneficiary
Please provide the following details below to firstname.lastname@example.org to enable further investigation;
- Barter Email Address
- Amount sent
- Date of Transaction
Is there a limit to how much can be withdrawn from my account?:
Users can see their daily and monthly transaction limits on the app. Click on "Transfer Limit" under Settings to see daily and monthly transaction limits.
Please note that this feature is currently unavailable on web.
