I paid my bills (DSTV, GOTV) and my decoder is still scrambled

Also, we recommend that you please reach out to DSTV or GOTV as the below might be the reason;

  • package expired before your subscription
  • downgrade/upgrade of package

I paid my utility bill (EKEDC, IKEDC) and I did not receive the token:

To get the token, you can click on the transaction to expand the details and retrieve the 20 digits token number in the receipt. The token is also sent as a push notification to your phone.

If after checking this you still can't obtain the token, please send the details indicated below to hi@flutterwavego.com;

  1. The email address linked to your account.
  2. The amount of the transaction.
  3. The date of the transaction.

I bought airtime and I have not received value
