Have you been having troubles confirming your account via the verification email? Here’s how you can resolve that;

I signed up for Flutterwave and I'm yet to receive a verification/confirmation email

  1. Double-check to confirm that the email supplied was accurate

  2. Check your spam/promotion mails. Emails sent from Flutterwave are sent via noreply@flutterwavego.com. Please whitelist this address on your mailbox

  3. If you still don't find the email, click the resend email link on your sign-up screen

  4. After 3 attempts and waiting for at least an hour and you still don't receive a mail, please send a message to our support handles (Instagram & Facebook) or email us: hi@flutterwavego.com stating this issue

I received a verification email, but a blank page is displayed after clicking the verification/confirmation link

  1. Copy and paste the link on a Google Chrome browser

  2. If this issue persists, please try opening the link on a desktop.

  3. If it still doesn’t work, please send a message to our support handles (Instagram & Facebook) or email us: hi@flutterwavego.com stating this issue

I received the verification/confirmation email and clicked on it but got an “unauthorized access error”
